Precision
CNC Machining
In today’s world of manufacturing speed, repeatability, and precision are critical in production runs of precision parts. ARC Machine Co., Inc. accomplishes and maintains these important standards by utilizing Computer Numerical Control Machines and programming assisted by Master Cam software on both our milling and turning operations.
ARC Machine Co., Inc. maintains an assortment of 15 CNC machines. Whether it is drilling, milling, or turning we have the equipment to maintain the most demanding machining requirements.
Manual Machining
ARC Machine Co., Inc. has the equipment and skilled craftsmen to manufacture or repair custom machine parts and retro-fitted machines to serve most industrial, mining, and marine applications. We are capable of manufacturing or repairing the simplest parts to the most complex parts.
Our team maintains an assortment of 15 manual lathes, mills, and surface grinders. Our extensive range of equipment ensures that we are capable of meeting the most stringent machining demands, be it drilling, milling, surface grinding, or turning.
Welding & Fabrication
ARC Machine Co., Inc. has a well-equipped welding department capable of determining the best process for welding applications. Our welders are experienced in Mig, Tig, and Arc welding and are certified with numerous AWS/ASME certifications.
Custom Machines & PLC Controlled Systems
ARC Machine Co., Inc. offers engineering, development, and construction of custom PLC-Controlled machines, and special fixtures for numerous applications, helping the industry meet its needs for high production and quality.

Our quality staff are equipped with the tools they need to ensure your product meets all industry requirements, from individual certifications to advanced measuring equipment.
Inspection
A dedicated climate-controlled inspection lab is equipped with a fixed-based Mitutoyo CMM that gives us the flexibility to accurately measure tightly toleranced products. Our CMM is equipped with model-based inspection software, providing us with the ability to verify results using customer-supplied CAD models.
