Hub Lift Machine
This machine allows assembly workers to ergonomically maneuver the 70lb hubs with ease to the preassembly station.
Axle Turning Weld Table
On one side a robot loads and unloads an axle, and on the other side a robot welds portions of the axle.
Axle Gantry Machine
The Axle Gantry Machine picks up an axle from the conveyor belt, in order to have the hubs installed. After hub installation the axle is placed back on to the conveyor belt to continue through the assembly process.
Hub Assembly
The Hub Assembly Station is when the bearings, seals, and hubs are installed to the axle.
Axle Rollover
At the end of assembly this machine orients the axle 180° so that the axle can be properly placed for packing.
